Rattler Hill is a peak in Tas and has an elevation of 822m. The track up to the Trig point has ruts and can have mud holes. Where the ruts are you can take a alternative track around them.
Once on the top if a nice day the views are pretty impressive.
Once finished at the Trig Point we will make our way back down and take on the Star of Piece Track, where mud, water can be encountered.
We will also be fortunate to have Rod as a guild. This gentleman knows the area like the back of his hand. It’s one of his favourite places to go and explore.
Camping from Friday at either the Weldbourgh Pub Camp Grounds or if busy we can head to large grass area off Emu Road Track.
Must have the following:
Recovery Gear
Shovel
Compressor
FRONT Recovery Points and REAR Recovery Hitch.

Dogs allowed but must be on a lead 24/7 and kept under control at all times as not everyone likes dogs.
