We will be having a meet up across from the Detention river shop down a small track for a BBQ snack/lunch, Then wonder off to Arthur river for the night, camping at the National Parks camping grounds (keep in mind its not a National park, its Dog friendly but they musy be on a lead) with space for around 50 4wd’s and a fee of $13 per night with flushing toilets within 50 meters of the camp consisting of male female and handicap toilets. then the next day we’ll head down through the western explorer to Waratah. Keep in mind there is no Fuel between Arthur River and Waratah so best to top up at either Detention Servo or Smithton.
BYO food, water and limited refreshments.
Fires permitted in firepot s up off the ground only bring your own wood or gas stoves.
We require to stick to the Covid-19 law of signing in, it’s not a big deal with the club as its done with our non members visitors sheets anyways.
Our club invites all makes and model 4 wheel drives into the club, so don’t let the name bother you! We do however like to see them registered and road safe.
We are a family Orientated Club so Please respect the children.
