 .  Address will sent to ones that say are coming when it gets close to the
  date of the event.\n\nThere is enough room for small camping set-ups such
  as swags or tents. If you need to bring something bigger for your accommo
 dation  please contact Shelly .\n\nLap size dogs only and must be kept on 
 a leash and children are to be kept under control at all times.\n\nSecret 
 Santa for the children\, we are asking the parents to buy a small gift to 
 put under the Christmas Tree. Each  driver will receive a ticket in the lu
 cky door prize.\n\nThere will be a cost for the meal as we cannot expect o
 ur member to foot the food bill.  Once the food bill has been worked out t
 he ones that are coming will receive a  PM with the cost.  A menu will be 
 posted once worked out and closer to the date of the event.\n\nTheme for t
 he night is Christmas of course so drag out your festive clothes and you n
 ever know you may even win a prize.
