DESCRIPTION:In accordance with the Constitution\, a Special General Meeting
  will be held immediately prior to the General meeting to allow members to
  vote on the minor changes to the By Laws. Specifically\, By law f) Genera
 l rules concerning Club trips or events:\n\ni. All attendees (members and 
 visitors alike) are required to abide by the Club’s constitution.\nii. N
 o unofficial competitions or displays of four wheeling shall take place du
 ring Club trips without the permission of the organisers.\niii. Club trip 
 attendees are required to sign any paper work required to ensure that memb
 ers on a trip are covered by the Club insurance. Visitors are required to 
 sign the Insurance Waiver. All state and national road rules apply on all 
 Club trips\, including having a valid driver’s licence.\n\nState Specifi
